How do I sign in?
Use the email and password from Open Account. After you sign in you will see only your household accounts.
I forgot my password.
Use Forgot password. EUB will place a notice in your inbox.
Transfers
You can send money from an EUB account to a bank in any country. Choose the country, then a major bank in that country, or Other bank (bank name, SWIFT/BIC, and account number). Enter the amount, the from-account, and your 6-digit transfer PIN. You can also move money between your own Checking, Savings, and Wealth accounts. Transfers are not available while KYC is pending or if a hold or block is on the profile.
Cards
Apply for Virtual debit, Physical debit, Credit (virtual), or Credit (physical). After your card is approved, tap View card and enter your transfer PIN to see the full number, expiration, and CVV. Physical cards arrive in 5 to 6 business days at the mailing address on your profile.
Statements
Open Statements in Online Banking to print the current period for each account.
Notices
Messages from EUB appear as a red NOTICE strip at the top of Online Banking. They stay until EUB removes them.

KYC pending
New accounts wait for EUB to complete identity review. You can view balances. Transfers, deposits, and card applications wait until KYC is verified.
Profile and Settings
Update mailing address, country and state, phone, photo, and activity email in Settings. A change to first name, last name, email, or phone stays pending until EUB confirms it.
PIN vs password
Your Sign In password opens Online Banking. Your 6-digit transfer PIN is different. It is required to send money and to view full card numbers. Set or change the PIN in Settings.

You can also use the Contact form. EUB will never ask for your password by email.
EUB staff can see household balances in order to help you. Other customers cannot see your accounts.
